These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fuelled UK application ("the App"), developed and maintained by David Picknell ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.

1. Description of the App

Fuelled UK is a fuel tracking application for iPhone designed for UK drivers. It allows you to log fuel fill-ups across multiple vehicles and monitor fuel efficiency and spending over time.

Key features include:

• Multi-vehicle fuel logging (Petrol and Diesel)
• Automatic MPG and cost-per-litre calculations
• MPG and cost-per-litre charts with trend lines
• Fill-up history with edit and delete
• Imperial MPG and L/100km unit toggle
• iCloud sync across devices via CloudKit

The App works without requiring an internet connection. All calculations are performed locally on your device. Data syncs to iCloud when a connection is available.

2. Accuracy and Limitations

Fuelled UK calculates MPG and cost per litre based on the data you enter. The accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of the odometer readings, litres, and prices you provide.

The App is intended as a personal tracking tool and should not be relied upon for tax, legal, or financial reporting purposes.

3. Your Data

You are responsible for the data you enter into the App. Deleting a vehicle or using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings permanently removes data from your device and iCloud. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, iCloud issues, or user-initiated deletion.

4. In-App Purchase

Fuelled UK includes a seven-day free trial period. After the trial ends, a one-time lifetime purchase is required to continue using the App. There are no subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not misuse the App in ways that could cause harm
• Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate calculations resulting from incorrect user input
• Data loss due to device failure, iCloud issues, or user-initiated deletion
• Decisions made based on data displayed in the App
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
