1. Information You Provide

VisuAlly allows you to upload images, reference photos, and text prompts to generate AI-created images and videos. This content is securely sent to Replicate, our third-party AI inference provider, for processing.

2. How Replicate Handles Your Data

Replicate temporarily stores your uploaded inputs and generated outputs for approximately one hour. After that, they are automatically deleted. For complete details, see Replicate’s data retention documentation:

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not store or retain your uploaded content. We do not collect analytics, personal identifiers, tracking information, or user behaviour data.

4. Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed through Apple and linked to your Apple ID. We do not have access to any payment information.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
