These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flash Image application ("the App"), developed by David Picknell. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Flash Image allows you to generate AI-created images using uploaded content and text prompts. You must not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
All rights to the App, including its design, features, and branding, belong to David Picknell. You retain ownership of the content you upload.
Your content is securely processed by Replicate. Replicate temporarily stores inputs and outputs for approximately one hour before deleting them. We do not store your content.
The App uses Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. We do not access or store billing information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the App, including AI-generated content quality or availability.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
